I am really excited, like its the begining of new things for me. As I think of Jesus and how his formal ministry began at the age of 30 I wonder if it will be the same for me also, although my ministry is as a mother to my children.
I look at my reflection and consider the aged look that my body often feels, my heart feels young and fresh with a touch of wisdom from living some hard and harsh years.
I have no idea what the next 30 years of my life looks like, but considering I didn't plan the first 30 I tend to be okay with that.
I plan to celebrate gently, with some closer, special lady friends, who ever is available on the given day at the given time.
I don't know if I'll share any or much of my life with these people as I've planned for years and years, we will just have to wait and see how much time and motivation I have for such an activity.
Thirty.. An age I've looked forward to for awhile, like I'm graduating out of stupidity and into more mature years..
