After the fourth pregnancy I was certainly not keen of gaining 30kg again so made conscious decisions not to.
I had a 10kg window before reaching my max weight ever.. And that was my chosen limit.
Hubby made me fresh vegetable juices on a daily basis, he also made me green smoothies daily and he took me on hour long walks several times per week.
The majority of my success is due to my husband and not myself.
As a result my weight increased up to my max ever and after birth an immediate loss of 5kg and slowly decreasing with time.
At two months post birth my weigh in was at 7kg loss post birth. *yay* that's never happened before.
Some of the changes include an increase of whole foods, fresh salads, less/no processed foods, green leafy veges for almost all meals, less take out foods, no ice cream, less dairy, less/no processed sugar and adding more raw vegan foods, less/no bread products.
It's all the little things, and lots of little things.. And hopefully one day I will conquer this area of my life :-)
5 things I am thankful for:
1. Hubby
2. Loss after birth
3. Feeling healthier
4. Free research that has increased greatly in the past 6 years
5. Healing
