It's easy! All you need to do is add a new vegetable and fruit to your day. Offer healthy snacks, limit screen time and spend more time outdoors doing fun stuff. You can discuss the challenge with your family members including kids to make it more fun and enjoyable. By all means, do not use coercion. Family mealtimes must be fun, relaxed and pleasurable.
For your ease I have created the chart below to kick start  your Rainbow challenge. Just click on the file to download. This challenge is designed for one week. But you shouldn't stop after that.

I have also created a color coded, comprehensive list of fruits and vegetables. Note, that this is NOT a full list of world's vegetables and fruits. If you are adventurous feel free to expand the list and add unusual items to your diet.
And of course you can download the list for FREE as a guide.
Wait, we are not done yet. There is more goodness. Click on the pear to download the file and put it on your refrigerator. Good luck and have fun!

Take the Pear pledge.

Eating variety of fruits and vegetables might not be your kids' first choice but with these fun grocery lists they sure can have fun shopping with you. The two grocery lists below are a part of an educational product I have desgined soon to be available for sale. But one lucky person will get a chance today to win the entire set. They are dry erase and you can use it again and again. You can download

FREE by clicking on the files.
