Anyone Notice the Pencader FOIA Violation Today?

 At Issue - Pencader's Board of Directors planned to convene an unnoticed meeting at 5 pm, on "Wednesday February 5th."  Not to be confused with the noticed meeting for "Wednesday February 6th at 6 pm."
