L.O.T.E Hebrew

For quite some time we've been working on (or not working on) learning the Hebrew Alphabet.

The Old Testament (First half of the bible) is originally written in Hebrew and so I would see it being a Valuable tool in being able to translate the English written Bible back to the Original text, or just learning the language to gain a deeper understanding of the Bible on a whole. Therefore learning the Hebrew language (however minute) is something that could be used into adulthood by each of my children.

I would consider this more valuable than learning say Indonesian like I did in school.

Learning the Hebrew Alphabet, or any other language is not a high priority of importance to me at this time and so we do not focus on it on a regular basis.

Lots of Links:
Hebrew 4 Christians - has colour pages and tracing pages
Akhlah

Do you or your family learn another language?

5. Things I am Thankful for:
1. Learning through song
2. The time and effort that others put into education and shares with others for free
3. Opportunity to delve into the Word of God on a deeper level
4. The amount of time available before really needing to learn another language
5. Begining learning :)
