New family meal.
500g fettucini, cooked
Fry 2 garlic cloves crushed in a little butter
Add 500g grated Zuccini cooking for 1-2 minutes
Stir Zuccini through fettucini
Add 75g grated Parmesan cheese, stir through.
Serve.
Additional options, add basil leaves for garnish.
Yummy, cheap and has the baby tick of approval.
A healthier version of 2 minute noodles which packet powders have preservatives and artificial stuff altering (my) children's behaviors.
Win:win and I think it took only 20 minutes to prepare, cook and serve. (less if your not chasing cute babies out of the kitchen).
