10 Ways to Display Your Kids Artwork

Today I want to inspire you to think outside the ice box when it comes to displaying your kids artwork.
Kids make a lot of artwork not to mention the messes. I like children's art A LOT! I don't, however, like the messes but I came up with this fun acronym to help me think about messes differently. Are you ready?
MESS=Meaningful Expression of Self Spontaneously
I am not a big fan of displaying artwork on the fridge. I like my fridge clutter-free.
During the summer my daughter tends to make more art then during the school year. Imagine that? There is always that dilemma-toss them or keep them? How often do you go over your kids artwork and weed out the repeats or the "bad"ones? I do the sorting process with my daughter. I don't want to make "mistakes". It's always good to get an OK before throwing it in the recycle bin. Because god forbid you throw away something of value...Kids do remember.
Here are 10 creative and useful ways of displaying kids artwork. I am sure there is something for everyone. For us the best solution is the clothesline method. It is also useful for drying fresh artwork. My daughter even decorated the clothespins. We used command hooks on each side of the wall and tied a twine. Ta da!

1. Hang them on a line

This room does not always looks this neat.

2. Store them in a scrapbook

3. Turn them into a collage
Two years ago I decided to find a new use for this large frame and making a picture collage seemed like a nice idea. I promised myself to change the pictures occasionally but frankly, it stayed in its original state.

4. Integrate them into your home decor.
I do change these quite often depending on mood, season etc.

5. Hang them in clipboard frames

6. Turn them into a photobook

This one is on my to do list. I just never get around to do it. It also makes a great present for Grandparents, Moms and Dads, maybe even teachers. Add it to your coffee table collection-your guests sure will be impressed.

7. Make a bold statement

8. Use cabinet frames

9. Turn them into a custom printed collage

10. Group them using identical frames

I occasionally make slideshows. Remember the one for Earth Day?
