Urban Oasis

Welcome to our urban oasis where some mornings begin like this. 

From trash to treasure. This is the makeover of our multipurpose bench found in the trash room. Total cost $4. 

This is the original color, or shall I say no color. But you know me, I LOVE color. 

We play checkers with my daughter. 

I start my day with a cup of coffee in a yellow mug enjoying the garden. 

Simple kids craft. More on this cute ladybug and other garden creatures soon to come. 

We grow...

lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, green beans, zucchini, herbs and flowers. 

Solar lights are a great companion at night. We gaze at our award-winning view. 

And we have some candles. 

We dine al fresco quite often. 

Meet Fred, he sings serenades for us. 

And this, my friends, is my happy little urban oasis-a place where many great ideas are born.
